Spent Christmas weekend at a charming hotel with an amazing view of the harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel provided a lovely atmosphere and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.

Additionally, the bar closed early, limiting late-night drink options. Despite these small inconveniences, our overall experience was still enjoyable and we would consider staying again in the future.

The spa at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel And Spa provided a truly relaxing experience. The sauna and steam rooms were available, and I enjoyed using them as a couple. My partner and I booked three mornings of breakfast but ended up cancelling two, and the staff were accommodating and understanding. The buffet-style breakfast had a great selection, and I now know that they also offer made-to-order items like porridge. The hotel room had all the necessary tea and coffee facilities, although I would have preferred individual pots. Despite a small hiccup with the room's furnishings and a slight smoky smell, our suite was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, with interior design shops nearby and easy access to the train station. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend The Chelsea Harbour Hotel And Spa.
